4. Memberships & Subscriptions Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle. Annual Subscriptions: Annual memberships are non-refundable once the service period begins, except in cases of major failure or as required by law. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
